BSAC Boats and Equipment
The Branch own a couple of RIB's as well as having
access to some of the members private boats. This equipment
includes:
- A Tornado Viking 5.8M RIB with 115 4 stroke
Yamaha outboard. The boat is fitted with VHF
Radio, Differential GPS, Echo Sounder and emergency
Oxygen equipment.
A Tornado 5.5M RIB with an 100 Yamaha
outboard. The boat is fitted with a VHF Radio, Differential
GPS, Echosounder and emergency Oxygen equipment.
- An 18cfm Compressor and air bank with a separate
6 Cylinder charging station
- Sets of diving equipment for trainees as well as
cylinders available for hire.
Air available at £1-00 for a pony and
£2-00 for any other size
- Normally available on Wednesday nights at Kings
Meadow between 7:30 and 11:00
(non members welcome)
- Air can also be made available on a Friday
